Ada is a former Senior Manager of SFC’s Licensing Department. She has served in the financial industry for over 25 years, with 15 years working at the SFC. She has extensive licensing-related experience and was involved in handling and reviewing all types of SFC licensing applications, including almost all of the applications for virtual asset trading platforms in Hong Kong during her time at the SFC.

Ada specialises in handling all types of virtual asset-related licensing applications, including those for virtual asset trading platforms, STOs, brokerage firms and VA fund managers.

Since joining QReg, she has successfully handled different types of licences and compliance issues for clients’ innovative business models.

Ada was a committee member of HKSI’s Examination Committee. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
