Xuefei is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong. She joined QReg Advisory at its inception in early 2022. She has since worked on the frontline of our firm’s licence and advisory work in both virtual assets and traditional financial industries and handled some of the milestone licensing applications in Hong Kong including the first RWA platform, the first approval for provision of VA dealing service under omnibus account arrangement, etc.

Before QReg Advisory, Xuefei worked at reputable law firms for more than 6 years, serving first-tier local and international clients including HK/US listed companies, fund managers, Fintech and virtual asset companies. Her practice areas included regulatory advisory and licensing, capital markets, funds, and equity/debt financing.

Xuefei holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University.
