Priscilla has over 25 years experience in regulatory compliance, risk management and supervision. She was a senior team leader at the Intermederies Supervision Department of the SFC for more than 12 years till 2024. She played a pivotal role in developing SFC policies relating to the Financial Resources Rules. She also worked in the Risk Management Department of the HKMA before joining the SFC.

Priscilla has extensive experience in conducting SFC on-site inspections, identifying compliance gaps and deficiencies in a firm’s operation and internal controls. She is an expert in SFC regulations relating to financial soundness, business conduct and risk management.

She holds a Bachelor degree and Master degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
