Priscilla has over 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and supervision. She was a senior team leader at the Intermediaries Supervision Department of the SFC for more than 12 years until 2024, where she played a pivotal role in developing SFC policies particularly those relating to licensed firms’ financial requirements. Remarkably she was a main contributor to the capital requirements under the FRR for the RA11 OTC derivative regulatory regime, which is a critical and highly technical component of the framework. Her specialization lies in advising clients on designing a compliant capital financial model that is exceptionally rare in the market.

Priscilla also has extensive experience in conducting SFC on-site inspections, identifying compliance gaps and deficiencies in a firm’s operation and internal controls. She is an expert in SFC regulations relating to financial soundness, business conduct and risk management.

She also worked in the Risk Management Department of the HKMA before joining the SFC.

She holds a Bachelor degree and Master degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
